Registration for EAMT 2005 is now open.

How to register
We are using a conference tool to manage all papers and registrations. So, please register as a participant in this system. You can log into the system here. If you are not yet registered as a user, please create a new user here first.

Conference fees
Conference registration fees are as follows:

Early registration ends on April 10. From the April 11 on, late registration prices apply.

The following discounts apply:

1. If you are a member of EAMT/IAMT, please choose EAMT/IAMT member. You do not need to enter any membership number - your data will be checked against the members' list.
2. If you are a student of any university, and did not submit any paper, you are entitled to a student registration package. Please choose Student and take proof of your being a student with you when arriving at the conference site.
3. If you are a citizen of any of the following Central/Eastern European countries: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, FYROM, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Serbia and Montenegro, the Ukraine, you can register at a discounted rate. Please choose Discounted.

All other registrants shall register at regular rate.

Cancellation policy
The registration as a participant is in principle binding. However, if for urgent reasons you need to cancel your participation, EAMT will reimburse you 90% if the cancellation is made before May 1, and 50% if the cancellation is made before May 15. From May 15, there will be no refund, but you will of course receive the proceedings.
