The conference will take place on-campus at Dublin City University (http://www.dcu.ie), which is a short journey from Dublin airport, on the north side of the city, and only a few miles from the city centre.
The following busses go from the city centre to Dublin City University 19A (note: NOT the 19!), 13A, 11, 11A and 11B. The journey time takes between 20 and 40 minutes depending on the time of day. For more information about Dublin Bus, go to http://www.dublinbus.ie.
For those who would prefer to stay in the heart of Dublin, a limited number of rooms in two city centre hotels have been reserved especially for conference attendees. Please note: these rooms are being held only until April 1st, after which they will be released if not booked. So, early booking is advised! · Unless authorised credit has been granted by the Hotel/Inn, a minimum payment of 30% of the amount due is required not less than 3 months prior to arrival. The remaining balance of 70% will be required not less than 14 days prior to arrival. Where authorised credit has been granted, the amount due is payable in full within 15 days of the invoice date and any queries will not affect payment of the undisputed outstanding amounts.
· There will be no charge for cancellations or amendments made up to 90 days prior to arrival date. All such changes must be advised to the Hotel/Inn in writing or by fax.

When you exit Jury’s Inn, turn right down Dame Street. Continue to the bottom of Dame St. where you will see the entrance to Trinity College. When facing Trinity College, follow Dame Street around to the left onto Westmoreland St. Half way down this street, on the left-hand side, there is a coffee shop called “Bewley’s” and there are numerous bus stops here. The bus number is indicated on the bus stop. Remember you are looking for bus number 11, 11A, 11B, 19A or 13A. If in doubt, ask the bus driver.
Please note that many of these busses require you to pay the “exact change”. If you don’t have the correct change for the fare, you’ll be issued with a receipt, which you can then reclaim at the Dublin Bus Office located on O’Connell Street.
