To register for the MT Summit VIII, please read the following information. Then, fill out the online registration form. This can be submitted directly from this site or you can mail it or fax it if you prefer.

Fees
The registration fees for the conference (19-22 September) are listed in the following table.

IAMT members* Non-members Before 15 May €250 €285 After 15 May, before 15 July €275 €325 After 15 July €325 €375 * members of the Asia-Pacific Association for Machine Translation (AAMT), Association for Machine Translation in the Americas (AMTA) European Association for Machine Translation (EAMT)

Cancellations

• Before 15 July: 75% of the registration fee will be refunded
• After 15 July and before 1 September: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded
• After 1 September: no refunds.

List of participants
We would like to include names and organizations who have registered to be listed on the MT Summit VIII website. If you agree for your name and organization to be included, please indicate on the registration form. There will of course be a full list of participants available in the printed conference programme.
